Service Description

Wake up to the beautiful sunrise and breathe in the ocean air with an invigorating Sunrise Flow practice at Kailua Beach! The practice is gentle and open to all levels. 📍MEETING LOCATION: Kailua Beach Park PARKING LOT-- right next to the canal and boathouse. Directly across from Buzz's (after crossing the small bridge over the canal). 🔔Please arrive on time-we will hand out mats here and walk up to the practice spot together once everyone has arrive or it is time to start class. Sometimes it can be a bit windy or chilly, so bring layers. In case of rain or high winds, we may need to cancel class. Mats available for $1 rental, please select the Class + Mat option when booking.
